We are currently looking for a stone built property in the Valbonne or Roquefort les Pins area for a client, they are ready to proceed immediately once we find the right property.
DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:
Budget: Up to a maximum of approx. 3.5 million Euros
Type of Property: Villa or Bastide – open to style and age – happy to renovate if required
Location: Valbonne and Roquefort les Pins are top but open to suggestion
Setting: Country setting – MUST have flat land
Property size: Main house min. 400 m2 living surface or ability to extend to make this size.
- 5 + Bedrooms
- Happy to renovate if required
- Possibility to create a stable block
Garden Size :2 to 4 hectares – at least one hectare must be flat to turn into a paddock for 2 horses
Extra requirements: Swimming pool - happy to construct if needed
Must have the outbuilding listed above.
